Booking Enquiry

Our Wedding Package is designed to provide you with all the time necessary to prepare our wonderful venue without time restriction and added pressure.

Exclusive use of Hall

(inc Dennis Gunn Room and kitchen) from 1pm the day before, until 6pm the day after your wedding*) Hall must be vacated by 1am on the evening of your wedding.

£50 fee for in house bar service.

Please contact Kate Bevan at: bishnymclub@outlook.com or by telephone 07770 332530. If you choose to use an alternative licensed outside bar there will be a charge of £100.

Please note if you are using an alternative method to sell alcohol, a licence will be required, allow 21 days to apply for a Temporary Event Notice (TENs) from North Devon Council, a copy MUST be sent to the Booking Secretary PRIOR to your event taking place.

Fee payable direct to Bishops Nympton Community Club, Lloyds Bank, Sort Code 30-90-89,

You must make contact with the Community Club about your booking a minimum of 4 weeks before your event, as we may not be able to help you if we do not receive enough notice.
The Community Club is independent business run as a ‘Not for Profit’ Company.

Bond amount required: £200

As with all bookings a security bond is required - this will be reimbursed after the event providing that none of our
terms & conditions are breached.

I have read the terms & conditions and agree to adhere to them and understand that the bond payment will not be reimbursed should any of these stipulations be breached; I recognise that the premises must be in a re-hireable condition before end of agreed hire time.
